    With over 15 years of shooting experience Justin is a skilled Pistol, Rifle & Shotgun Instructor. His acumen and knowledge of various firearm platforms and precision gunsmithing skills allow our shooters to have the latest triggers, optics and accessories at their disposal.
    As an accessories and Gear guy Justin keeps up with the latest industry trends and advancements.
    His free time is spent at the range or fishing on Long Island waterways.

    Deb Gennari

    Deb Gennari is a veteran police officer with 22 years of service with the Suffolk County Police Department. Deb spent 14 years of her tenure in the Pistol Licensing Bureau. In 2011, Deb retired from the police department and continues to be an advocate for the Second Amendment. She founded Pistol Girl Consulting to assist prospective applicants through the intimidating and arduous process of applying for a pistol license.

    Lisa Dabrowski

    Riverhead born and raised, Lisa has been actively involved in the North Fork / East End community, and various local and national organizations, for most of her life, including:

  • Riverhead Polish Hall: President of the Ladies Auxiliary, and Member of the Board of Directors.
  • Mattituck American Legion Post 861: Public Information Officer.
  • American Legion Auxiliary Post 1: Member.
  • National Rifle Association: Patriot Life Endowment Member.
  • Mattituck Gun Club: Member since 2015.

    Along with membership in Ducks Unlimited, New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, and Single Action Shooting Society, Lisa has had a life-long interest in firearms and strives to continue learning and expanding certification in the field.
    Hunting, Trapping, Bow Hunting, Animal Control… Lisa has hunted in numerous states, and was actively involved in assisting with a wildlife control business for several years. Her past employment includes Animal Control for Southold Town while working at the NFAWL / Southold Town Animal Shelter.
    You may know her, and her voice, from her 12-year employment at WLNG 92.1FM Radio in Sag Harbor, NY.
    Lisa has been the producer, director, host, editor, cameraperson, etc., for several local TV shows, including WVVH-TV, and is working on a series for the American Legion. She looks forward to putting her filming skills to use, and produce videos, featuring instruction, education, safety, and various firearms for Baits & Barrels.
    As a musician, Lisa plays multiple instruments, including guitar and piano, and writes songs. She has performed her originals at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, TN.
